Anna, Berlin "When it comes to style we all get lost sometimes - due to various reasons. Maybe we’ve put on weight, or grew up compared to yesterday’s self or seeking for changes those need to be reflected in our personal style. I had all three. One day I realised that I am stuck in negative thoughts about myself being dull and fat, having nothing to wear AT ALL (sounds familiar, right?). I was thinking for the last 10 years that my personal style is French girl like but approaching the age of 33 I realised that I stopped feeling like myself. It was clear that I needed help from someone who knows my inner self well and whose style I adore. This person was Ira who I know for 10+ years unfortunately only virtually. Since we live in different countries it was clear that our cooperation is going to happen in online space. I had no doubts though that everything will go smoothly and future showed us that I wasn’t wrong. There was quite some homework for me to make Ira (and myself) understand what stylish direction I want to follow now. We decluttered my wardrobe from pieces those didn’t fit me at all, thought about how to style existing pieces in order to make them fit my new stylish self (very sustainable approach btw) and of course made a list of required purchases. Sounds logical and clear, right? And then the magic happened. I bought some pieces from the list and finally realised that I am not fat (the fact that one changed the size from s/m to m/l is definitely not about it). No way am I dull too! I started to allow myself more, became more open and free in general and definitely let myself thrive in my thirties."
